The PS5 releases on November 12th, so fans will still need to wait a week or two to make use of these accessories. Up till now, it has felt very far out for many, so this is a nice change of pace.

This information was discovered by several players with pre-orders as they received notifications from Sony or from the retailer they ordered from. Given the numerous accounts that corroborate the early ship date, it’s almost certain that this isn’t a scam or any kind of false information.
There are two different groups of responses to this news. On the one hand, those with pre-orders are ecstatic. Even if they can’t use most of the accessories until the console releases anyway, having these PS5 accessories before the console releases is a huge treat. On the other side, there are still many players upset that they weren’t able to get a pre-order due to the PS5 pre-order debacle that left many devoted fans without a PS5. It’s unclear whether or not there will be enough consoles at launch to satisfy the masses that weren’t able to pre-order yet.
Along the same lines but in a strange twist, Burger King just revealed the PS5 retail box. It seems that everything is starting to come together finally for the PS5 despite fans waiting months for a reveal or price. The official release of the console is less than a month away, and the next generation of gaming will be here before fans know it.
PS5 accessories are shipping October 30th.
