Right now, we have found two retailers that already have PlayStation Classic pre-orders available, and at the time of this writing, pre-orders are still open. Anyone who wants to pre-order the PlayStation Classic online will want to check the following websites, though other retailers will likely throw their hats in the ring soon as well.

Best Buy GameStop

Alternatively, interested consumers will likely be able to head into physical Best Buy or GameStop locations to pre-order the PlayStation Classic if they so wish. At this time, we are able to confirm definitively that PlayStation Classic pre-orders are available in-store at GameStop.

In the meantime, others may be curious what they’ll get for the $100 it will cost to pre-order the PlayStation Classic. As previously stated, Sony has only announced five of the 20 games that will be pre-loaded on the system, with those titles being Final Fantasy 7, Jumping Flash, Ridge Racer Type 4, Tekken 3, and Wild Arms. The console will also include two original wired PS1 controllers (with no analog sticks), in addition to one HDMI cable and one USB cable.

If the PlayStation Classic enjoys the same measure of success as the NES and SNES Classics did, then it’s possible Sony will release an updated version that includes analog stick controllers, but that remains to be seen. In the meantime, it will be interesting to see the other 15 games that are announced for the system as we near its release date this December.

PlayStation Classic will launch on December 3.
